Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 business day (Monday to Friday). Orders placed before 2:00 PM GMT are typically processed the same day. Orders placed on weekends or UK bank holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.

UK Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We ship across the entire United Kingdom via tracked couriers (Royal Mail Tracked 48 / Evri):

• The Double (2 Bags) & The Family (4 Bags): FREE Tracked UK Shipping (Delivered in 2–3 business days).
• The Single (1 Bag): £2.99 Standard Tracked UK Delivery (Delivered in 2–3 business days).

International Shipping

For customers ordering outside the United Kingdom:
• Europe: 5–10 business days (£6.99 flat rate).
• Rest of the World: 7–14 business days (£9.99 flat rate).

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your live tracking number and carrier link. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update once dispatched.

Customs & Duties

For international orders outside the UK, customs fees, local import duties, or taxes may be applied by your destination country's customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. UK domestic orders incur zero customs fees.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package has not arrived within 5 business days of dispatch in the UK, please contact us at support@muckd.com with your order number, and our support team will trace or replace your package promptly.
